A technologically unique intelligent building project, where modern architecture was combined with cutting-edge technologies while meeting high demands for security and full integration into the investor’s network of existing facilities. The building won the “Building of the Year 2005” award for the architectural design and all project work of the IATCC object, as well as the “Best Investment of the Year 2005” and in March 2008, a third international award. The prestigious ATC Global Award 2008 was presented at the Air Traffic Control Global 2008 international conference and exhibition in Amsterdam.
