Hovorčovice will soon boast its own municipal office. We are conceiving the new settlement as a miniature medieval monastery, i.e. a complex of smaller buildings and winding streets centred around the Garden of Eden. The desire to reconcile the future buildings with the past of Hovorčovice led us to the resurrection of house no. 1. This building has an unquestionable architectural and historical value and belongs inseparably to the village. It is an important element of the composition, new buildings do not surpass it and it can stand out.
